Frequently Asked Questions

What is Lifepages?

Lifepages is a company at the forefront of online yearbook innovation, providing a platform for sharing and creating memories across shared experiences, with a select group of people, within private social networks. A Lifepage allows high schools and universities the ability to upload their yearbook content in a digital, interactive environment and share that content with the students, school community or general public.

Does Lifepages replace the traditional print yearbook?

Lifepages is typically provided alongside the printed publication. However, not all of our partner schools print a yearbook. Please reach out to the yearbook department at your school to see if the printed publication is available to you.

Is Lifepages free to use?

It is always free to create a Lifepages account!

I've lost my password, what do I do?

From the top of any Lifepages webpage, click the "Forgot My Password" link under the login form. Enter your email address, hit "reset", and you will receive an email with further instructions.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address from the Edit Profile Page. From your profile page, click on "Edit My Profile". Scroll to the bottom where you can enter or change your primary and secondary email addresses. Click "Update Profile" and your email addresses are changed!

I've created my account, how do I find my yearbooks?

To find yearbooks available to you, go to your profile page, under the "available yearbooks" section, click on the big red "Browse Other Yearbooks" button. You can now search for you school by name, or by city and state.

Is access to the online yearbook free?

Depending on the access rules your school sets in place, there may be a fee to view the online version of the yearbook after your account is created. Each of our partner schools are different, please contact your school's yearbook department for the online access rules for your school.

Can I "sign" the online yearbook?

Users will have two forums to express their views: digital signatures and digital comments. Digital comments are viewable by all users, while signatures are viewable only by the individual to whom they are directed.

Why can't I comment on my online yearbook?

If you do not see a comment section for your online yearbook, this means that the school has disabled the public commenting feature. You may still leave private signatures for friends and classmates.

Why doesn't the search function work when viewing the yearbook?

Keyboard inputs do not work when viewing the online yearbook in full screen mode. To search the yearbook, exit full screen mode and use the search bar.
